Managing Director Dom Roque, is a qualified Aircraft Engineer with over 15 years experience in the Mechanical and Engineering field. He always had a passion for making or repairing things, from repairing a watch to keeping aeroplanes safe. After first hand experience of poor customer service and substandard workmanship from many tradesmen over the years, Dom realised a high quality and reliable trade service was needed. He has always been inundated with countless recommendations and encouragement from friends and colleagues alike to follow what seems to be a natural knack. 



Armed with extensive technical and practical skills, along with the many years of helping family and friends with all their domestic challenges. Dom decided to pursue his dream of starting his own business, and do it the right way, by getting the professional training and qualifications required in the trade industry. He invested years training and gaining the experience and knowledge in the most recent cost effective Heating and Plumbing methods, including the current legal requirements. 

 

Along the way he achieved the accolade Student of the Year (08/09) Award for City and Guilds Plumbing Level 3, all while maintaining a full time job and managing a family. ​​With dedication, commitment and a substantial investment in new tools and equipment, Dom is fully qualified and prepared to provide a top quality professional service from Pluming, Gas, LPG to Oil at extremely competitive prices. 

 

Dom's Heating and Plumbing Ltd. continues to flourish as a family business, with son Cris working alongside Dom as a Gas Engineer and wife Melanie running the office. Recommendations by word of mouth from satisfied customers is the most effective advertising method.
