We currently hold customer details [company/individual], trade accounts and employee information on our database such as company/individual names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, email/phone correspondence, invoices and quotations. 

Our database is managed securely by Directors and relevant information is only made accessible to members of staff for them to carry out the required job. We do not use this information for any form of marketing or give details to any third party, other than warranty information or reporting gas safety issues.
